Return Policy
We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
• You must contact us before sending your item back.
To initiate a return, email us at Chris.alagno@kongboards.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature and hygiene standards of kitchen products, we do not accept returns on:
• Used or damaged cutting boards
• Customized or engraved boards
• Clearance or final sale items
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
